I just wanted to post an update on all of my FLs to say that they are still active. Some have had members join recently but some haven’t so some of them are in need of an update and some aren’t but they’re all getting an update right now.

School and Lack of Updates

Just to let everyone know, I am currently at school and I don’t have internet in my dorms this year so I won’t be online as often, but I do plan to keep my fanlistings up to date. I can only get internet in the cafeteria. It’s kind of dumb but I can’t really do anything about it. Also, I’m stuck on my laptop for that, which doesn’t have any of my files and stuff. It’s all on my iMac (which is not a desktop computer for those of you who don’t know much about Macs).

Anyways, I think that’s all I wanted to say for now. All my FLs are still open and I will be trying to update them as much as possible.

Oh, also, I don’t plan to move jakeepstein.net (fansite and fanlisting) until the next time I am at home and have internet on my iMac for more than a couple days, and it’s more secure. The wireless we get in the caf is not a secure network so I’m not comfortable doing that. So I will move that domain to my new host probably during Christmas. I will also be posting that on jakeepstein.net

New Server

Ok, so everything on fading-flowers.com (excluding my Jake Epstein FL because it is on jakeepstein.net) has been moved to the new server. I’m just waiting on some of the subdomains to start working. Last I checked (about 5-10 minutes ago) about a third of them had started to work, but they’re not going in the order that I created them in so I don’t know how long it will take. Hopefully, they start working soon.

Server Move Soon

I’m planning to move everything over to a new webhost. I’ve already started moving files and getting things ready but it won’t be final until I transfer my domain. I will be contacting TFL to let them know that I there might be some downtime on this domain. I did have an issue transferring one of my other domains over when I did it a couple weeks ago, but once I got around to contacting my new host about it it was fixed right away so hopefully that won’t be an issue again, but I just wanted to let you all know before hand that there will likely be some downtime. My email will probably be effected more-so than anything else so I might not transfer the domain right away. I will keep you posted.

New Upcoming NL: Keira

I recently discovered a site called The Namelistings Network. The Namelistings Network is basically the same as The Fanlistings Network (TFL), and probably more similar to The Anime Fanlistings Network in that its a bit more specific than TFL. Rather than things like movies, TV shows, people, or Anime related subject, etc., it lists fanlistings for Names.

After discovering The Namelistings Network I noticed that there was no listing for my name: Keira. So I applied for it. I just got an email saying that I was approved.

I now have two projects (listings) to work on. I’m going to try to get my Flashpoint listing finished first, but ‘Keira’ won’t take me very long to do, hopefully. I will keep you posted.
